Hygienic progressive cavity pump are single-rotating-axis pumps suitable for pumping any type of fluid, both Newtonian and non-Newtonian. They are characterized by a gentle, pulsation-free pumping action with a flow rate proportional to the rotational speed.

The rubber stator (vulcanized inside a steel tube) and the stainless steel rotor (a single-start screw with a circular cross-section) are the main pumping elements.

Manufactured in stainless steel, they can be equipped with the following drive solutions: direct motor, gear motor, or motor and gearbox with inverter.

All versions are available either with bearing support and flexible coupling (M..N) or with the motor directly coupled to the pump support flange (M..E), ensuring minimal overall dimensions.
