We have created a completely free tool, available in five languages and equipped with numerous useful features, including:

• Product selector: guided input of the main operating parameters allows you to identify the pump best suited to the process to be managed;
• Improved performance: every step—from querying the system to displaying documents—has been optimized;
• Secure document exchange: you can send and receive documents on the portal in complete security, including large files such as photos and videos;
• Access to information on ordered products: from tracking order progress to viewing the history of purchased products, you can access all information and documents related to each serial number.

FLOW is designed both for those who already use CSF pumps and for anyone who simply wishes to explore their features.
The portal is accessible to everyone through a simple and secure registration procedure, compliant with current online service standards.

Users already registered on the previous portal will also need to complete a new registration on FLOW and wait for approval from the relevant team.
