SC Unloading Station

Station with pneumatic pump in short version, suitable for emptying containers of various types and sizes such as buckets, drums, and basins. Thanks to the scraping plate, sometimes with a shaped bottom, the system ensures almost complete emptying (minimum residue ~1%) even for high viscosity products. The operation cycle is managed via Siemens PLC and can also integrate remote control systems, remote assistance, and data exchange. The machine features an adjustable centering system and can be operated by a single operator.
